Litostroj US is part of the Litostroj Group. The Group also includes Litostroj Power, Slovenian manufacturer of water turbines, Litostroj Engineering, Czech company focusing on research, design and engineering works, and Litostroj Hydro based in Canada.
Litostroj Group itself is part of the multinational group ENERGO-PRO headquartered in Prague, Czech Republic. ENERGO-PRO operates hydropower plants in Central and Eastern Europe, the Black Sea and the Caucasus. As an originally Czech company, it has gradually expanded to Bulgaria, Georgia and Turkey. ENERGO-PRO is also engaged in the electricity distribution and power trading. The company operates large-scale distribution grids in Bulgaria and Georgia with more than 2 million grid customers. ENERGO-PRO also participates in cross-border trading of electricity.
